What exactly is a Caramic silhouette?

A handmade ceramic sculpture in natural matte white – a minimalist design object for your shelf, desk or sideboard. Since every piece is made by hand, no two are exactly alike; small variations in the surface are marks of the handcraft.

How big are the silhouettes?

You'll find the exact dimensions and weight for each model on its product page under “Product details”.

How does the room fragrance version work?

In the room fragrance version, the silhouette is shaped to hold a fragrance bottle. The included reeds absorb the fragrance oil and release the scent evenly into the room – without any electricity.

Which scents are available, and can I refill?

There are six scents: Summer Dream, New Car, Vanilla Tobacco, Sandalwood & Patchouli, Strawberry and Blood Orange & Goji. Matching refill fragrance oil is available in 30 ml or 50 ml bottles.

Which accessories fit?

The display case and the oval display base fit all Caramic models.

Is a silhouette a good gift?

Yes – many people give it as a special design object. You'll find a selection under Gift Ideas.

Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?

We currently ship within Germany. Shipping is free for orders from €10; below that it costs €4.19. Your order is usually processed and dispatched within 3–6 working days; delivery then takes 3–5 working days.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Just contact our support and provide your order number – giving a reason is optional. All details are in the cancellation policy.

What if something arrives damaged?

The statutory two-year legal guarantee applies. Simply get in touch via our contact page.

Why is no VAT shown?

Caramic is a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG); therefore no VAT is charged or shown.
